Jenny Rook - The Book of the Sun

What people say about "The Book of the Sun"

The Book of the Sun is a powerful work that bridges both sides of the delicate membrane that separates the imaginary from the imaginal.

This is an astonishing book. Jenny Rook is an experienced writer and her book is an easy read. But its contents are enormously important for us and our planet. Jenny has a direct connection to the Sun, which tells her that it is the master intelligence of our solar system. It points out that our Earth is very special and that all who come here have a duty to learn to love.

This is an exceptional book. It has been channelled from the highest consciousness in our planetary system, the Sun. It describes the structure of the cosmos; the roles all the planets play; who we are on this Earth; and the process we have to go through while we are here. The Sun tells us the world is going through a very traumatic situation as those people on our planet are moving from the third to the fourth degree of consciousness. This will be an enormous change in our experience and understanding. It is a mind-stretching read which I highly recommend.

Jenny writes with a lightness and iridescence that carries deep wisdom and surety.  I loved the truth of her words, feeling the resonance, the recognition and the reassurance all conveyed so exquisitely.

This is a book for our times; it will meet and nourish the many who seek a new paradigm of understanding for their soul’s journey.

Jenny’s story is fascinating and engaging, spanning from committed atheist and materialist to experiences of intimate mystical communion with the sun. Her accounts of this communion speak to the heart of spirit, service, and love. It shines a light on the underlying love and unity in our universe and offers a divine context for our journey here on Earth.

The Book of the Sun is a truly fascinating read, both profound in its wisdom and also challenging and thought-provoking at times. It can allow expansion of consciousness, while at the same time creating an extraordinary empathy with the whole of the human condition. It left me wanting more …

Who is Jenny? The Sun says she is one with everything that is, was and ever will be. One with infinite intelligence and creativity on its playful journey through aeons of cosmic progression back to Source.

Jenny Rook’s provocative dialogue with the Sun, herself, all, encapsulates her jolt out of decades of material atheism into the gnosis of divine light and infinite love.  Her joy is palpable. Her experience shared as fact or parable enables me to trust my own knowing that we are greatly loved and cared for by divine essence no matter what. That time as we know it does not exist. That death releases the spirit to the loving care of those gone before. That the manner of our death and birth, the people we meet, all is pre-ordered, including free will to grow or not. That love, compassion, forgiveness, empathy is all there is.

This book powerfully conveys an extraordinarily significant series of messages for our turbulent times of evolutionary transition. It presents the intrinsic oneness of life and mind as expressed by the cosmic intelligence of the Sun, whereby we are in fact each other and need to act accordingly. The engaging inner conversations range across all the big questions in a simple and accessible style. Real progress is towards light and love, but without forgetting the reality of pain and the refreshment of laughter. A genuine revelation.

When undertaking an intense programme of meditation, Jenny Rook experienced a profound sense of love, light, joy and compassion that seemed to come from beyond her own consciousness – from the universe itself. As she went deeper into this awakening state, she became open to words of wisdom and insight which explain the spiritual nature of our solar system, our galaxy and ultimately the cosmos as a whole. In The Book of the Sun, Jenny shares these insights, providing an optimistic view that our lives are really filled with love and light. She reveals how by using techniques to see through the veil of the third dimension, we can live together with kindness and compassion; with beauty and with truth. The cosmic spiritual teachings in The Book of the Sun are underpinned by practical examples from Jenny’s personal life and her extensive experience as a psychoanalyst supporting children and young people towards mental wellbeing.

Reading this book is like basking in the warmth and richness of the sun. The words are like rays of light that glisten on your soul and you realise that within this world no one is truly alone. In fact, we are all connected as the sun connects us all though each season, to each other wherever we are in the world. The words written through Jenny show us that we are interconnected, not isolated.  Such hope, such wisdom that has reached us at the perfect time.
